An Adventure in Paradise

Our Adventure Travel program began in 1997 with exclusive guided trips to Costa Rica and Alaska. Our trips originally were run only in the winter when Ocoee rafting was not in season and featured primarily rafting adventures. After a few years, we began to focus our program solely on Costa Rica – we quickly learned how very special this destination is for its beauty, diversity and wonderful spirit. It is simply our favorite place to travel!

As our Costa Rica program showed steady growth, we expanded to a full time year-round program with a much wider diversity of trips. A new website was launched so that we could do a better job of communicating the diversity of experiences that are available to our customers. The program has taken on it's own identity as Ocoee Adventure Travel.

The exciting new programs for our 2008/2009 season offer more variety for our customers than ever before. With the “Best of Costa Rica” trip, you can choose from one of six scheduled departure dates and travel with our groups. Or you may choose to select your own trip time with one of our custom trip plans.
