Blue Ridge Cabins
Blue Ridge is a town in the mountains of the same name near the northern edge of Georgia in Fannin County. The town is actually the seat of the county and was originally settled as part of the railroad expansion in this area.
Nowadays Blue Ridge is a bustling town of just over 1000 permanent residents and a temporary population swelled by tourism. Visitors come to sample the history – a trip on the railroad is possible – and the outdoor possibilities of the Blue Ridge mountains.
Similar to its neighbour Blairsville, the location of Blue Ridge near the border of Georgia with Tennessee and North Carolina makes it easily accessible via Chattanooga, Atlanta and Greenville, with the airports of Chattanooga and Atlanta the closest regional hubs.
Some of the attractions and events in the area can be found on our Blue Ridge Attractions page and a selection of cabins in the area can be seen below the map of the Blue Ridge area.
