Have you just finished up a day of Ocoee River rafting or a hike to famous Buck Bald and you’re feeling a little thirsty? Then we’ve got an excellent recommendation for you!
Named after one of the most scenic mountain tops in our area, we think it’s a great name for a local landmark brewery!
This intimate brewery has one of the best patios found locally and is a comfortable fun space with an excellent beer selection served by a friendly staff!
All the beer is carefully handcrafted on site by brewer/owner Patrick Keenan. Patrick was a home brewer with a passion to open his own bar. He’ll tell you that he is not interested in becoming the next “big thing” but is content to stay small and hone his craft. However it is easy to see that his potential for growth is tremendous.
The location is easily identifiable as an old service station with big bay doors that open onto spacious patio with oil barrel tables. Live music will be offered during the warmer months starting this spring!
While BBB doesn’t serve food onsite, outside food is welcome and you can order from any of the excellent restaurants in town and have it delivered to the brewery. Try the new Cuban place down the street!
The beer line up at BBB will have you stopping to fill a growler on your way out!
Try the Party on the Patio Porter or the Hollerin Man Pale Ale. Order the Community Opportunity Resilience IPA and know that all the proceeds from that local brew are given directly to charity so order that second beer and feel good about yourself!
You can join the BBB Mug club with comes with a free beer every week! If you’re a regular to the Ocoee River, it would be easy to be a regular at Buck Bald Brewing!
There’s gold in them thar Hills! Gold in color and rich in flavor, Hollerin’ Man is a Pale Ale you won’t soon forget.
Fruity and hazy with a refreshing burst of hops. This IPA is a fruity hop-tacular. With Simcoe, Azacca, Mossaic, and Citra hops on a light malt backbone.
Are you looking for a malty alternative to our hoppier brews? The dark red color of our Ragin’ Red Ale is a window into it’s malty soul.
This is a tasty Porter with hints of caramel and molasses. Centennial and Willamette hops give perfect balance to a thick, chocolaty blend of malts.
Copper Basin Cream Ale is an easy drinking ale made from American 6 Row malt, Vienna malt, a touch of Biscuit malt and…flaked corn and flaked wheat.
Allison’s Starting To Happen Wheat Beer
As balanced a beer as you will find. A light backbone of Wheat and Pale malts lend a refreshing wheat beer taste to a fruity combination of Ekuanot.
Never tried an English (Dark) Mild? Think Session Porter. With all the malt taste of a porter and just a touch of Goldings and Northern Brewer hops
We like to call our Bellerin’ Brown ale our "summer brown". Bellerin’ Brown’s light brown color comes from a combination of Maris Otter, Crystal
It’s copper color and malt forward character come from Maris Otter, Crystal, Caravienne, and Caramunich malts
Resilience Butte County Proud IPA
Brewed to support those impacted by the Camp Fire and organized by Sierra Nevada Brewing Company. Brewed with 2-row and Crystal 60 malts.
