Copperhill Brewery view looking out

Copperhill Brewery

If you enjoy craft beer check out Copperhill now hosting two breweries within walking distance. For a unique experience here in the Ocoee River and Copperhill area try the Copperhill Brewery! Copperhill is just a few miles from the Ocoee Adventure Center. Casual, roomy and relaxing are just a few words that might to mind when you step inside. Copperhill Brewery is becoming the Ocoee River’;s latest local hangout!

Superior Tasting Craft Beer

A native to the area, Harrison Abbott opened Copperhill Brewery in August of 2018 with a passion to brew high quality, diverse, and superior tasting craft beer. If you’re visiting for an Ocoee River rafting trip stop by for a visit. There are dartboards, lots of couches and plenty of TVs for whatever game you’re looking to watch! Bring a group, they’ll be glad to see you!

CB is dog friendly and recently started Trivia Thursdays from 6:00-8:00 PM. There’s also the occasional food truck and live music offerings! It is an easy place to be with a friendly staff and exceptional beer.

Here’s a list of just a few craft beers Copperhill Brewery has to offer:

  • Copper Moon 4.5% ABV
A refreshingly crisp wheat beer with malty sweetness and mild copper hue. Notes of coriander, and orange peel.
  • Holden’s 5.9% ABV
A Pale Ale, that has a good malty profile with a slight hopiness to it with a smooth finish.
  • Old Steel Bridge 7.8% ABV
Old Steel Bridge in an imperial IPA.  Is a strong, sweet, intensely hoppy version of the traditional Indian Pale Ale.
  • State Line 6.0% ABV
A rich full bodied stout that delivers a malty sweetness and bitter hoppiness, with slight notes of vanilla bean.
  • Penitentiary 6.0% ABV
A creamy porter with hints of coffee and licorice. A dark almost opaque brew with none of the harsh bitterness of a stout.
  • Mine Shaft 7.0% ABV
A rye pale ale, that is smooth in flavor, with the added spicy notes of rye malt.
  • Bridge & Ferry 6.2% ABV
Malty sweetness with a finish of moderate caramel flavor and a mild citrus hop flavor make up this traditional American Amber
  • Sweet City Woman 5.0% ABV
A blonde ale, light golden in color, mild in hoppiness and malty sweetness.
  • Burra Brown 5.5% ABV
A brown ale with a strong malty center, and a slight roastiness.

I personally recommend trying a flight of beers and getting a taste of them all! Copperhill Brewery sells and fills growlers with any of their craft beers but they are happy to fill any growler so feel free to bring your own!

The brewery is located at 105 Ocoee Street Copperhill, TN 37317.
